Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted within 14 days following the purchase of the item. Returns must be accompanied with the original receipt as well as the credit/debit card slip. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping costs for items purchased through online orders must be covered by customers and Health Is Best is not responsible for paying return shipping costs. All online returns will follow the same return criteria. Refunds for online returns will not be issued until returned product is received and inspected for damage. Should there be any damage or clear use a refund will not be issued.
